What is Instructional design?

This is a little project of mine where I attempt to explain what Instructional design is about through a quick online course. Unfortunately, the project is still undone and I am currently working on it and learning how to appropriately use Adobe Captivate at the same time. 
This project came after the avalanche of questions I kept being asked from friends and family as an Educational Technology graduate students. As I also noticed, there are also company employees that may need an instructional designer or may have one within their enterprise but not fully understand what the job is actually about.
